Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or a related field
  • Previous second-line management experience in the software industry, preferably within an SMB-focused organization
  • A demonstrated track record of personal and professional excellence
  • 5–7+ years of experience leading high-performing Business Development or Sales Development teams
  • Proven success generating leads, building pipelines, closing business, and consistently achieving or exceeding targets
  • Advanced sales expertise, including consultative selling, solution-based selling, and negotiation strategies
  • Strong experience developing, coaching, and mentoring sales teams to achieve peak performance
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and competitive activity to inform strategic decisions
  • Self-motivated, driven, and resourceful, with experience using a range of channels and tools, including social platforms, to build relationships and expand networks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in or selling to the restaurant industry is a strong plus
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
