About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the team’s execution across several workstreams and ensure high-quality sprint delivery
Own the Sprint Planning process
Coordinate with other departments, remove blockers, and support cross-team dependencies
Improve team velocity and individual capabilities through coaching, mentoring, and identifying skill gaps
Own technical design of scalable, reliable, and clean team features
Participate in high-scale, cloud-based development using AWS and MongoDB
Conduct rigorous code reviews
Collaborate with Product Managers from initial concept through production
Participate in technical sessions with customers
Own domain-related discussions and communication with internal Customer Success teams
Lead discussions and technical decisions for enhancements and new feature planning
Integrate AI tools and workflows into daily development, including AI-assisted coding, automated testing, and prompt-driven prototyping
Drive efficient, stable delivery using modern development tools

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of hands-on development experience
At least 3–5 years in a leadership role
Deep expertise in Node.js (must-have)
Familiarity with AWS (must-have)
React experience preferred
Python experience is a plus
Early adoption of AI technologies and passion for improving developer experience and system performance
Proven track record of managing project execution and delivering end-to-end features in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to lead a global team and communicate complex technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders
