About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the team’s execution across several workstreams, ensuring high-quality delivery within every sprint
Own the Sprint Planning process
Act as the primary bridge between the team and other departments to remove blockers and support cross-team dependencies
Improve team velocity and individual capabilities through coaching, mentoring, and identifying skill gaps
Own the technical design of team features, ensuring scalability, reliability, and clean architecture
Participate in high-scale, cloud-based development using AWS and MongoDB
Conduct rigorous code reviews
Work with Product Managers to shape features from initial concept through production
Participate in technical sessions with customers
Serve as a focal point for domain-related discussions and own communication with internal Customer Success teammates
Lead discussions and technical decisions related to enhancements and new feature planning
Integrate AI tools and workflows into the daily development lifecycle, including AI-assisted coding, automated testing, and prompt-driven prototyping
Drive efficiency, quality, and modern development practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of hands-on development experience
At least 3–5 years in a leadership role
Deep expertise in Node.js (must-have)
React experience (preferred)
Familiarity with AWS (must-have)
Python experience is a plus
Early adopter of AI technologies and passionate about using AI to improve developer experience and system performance
Proven track record of managing project execution and delivering end-to-end features in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to lead a global team and communicate complex technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders
