About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Investigate and resolve AP discrepancies and vendor queries
- Support the invoice-processing BPO with complete, accurate, and timely invoice processing in NetSuite
- Ensure AP work complies with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements
- Manage AP mailboxes and communication channels with documentation and tracking
- Process vendor invoices in NetSuite
- Perform AP account reconciliations and investigate exceptions
- Partner with Treasury and Accounting to support timely, accurate payments
- Complete month-end AP close activities
- Maintain accurate, complete, and compliant vendor master data
- Contribute to cross-functional AP improvement and automation projects
- Maintain AP documentation and training materials
- Build relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least three years of professional AP accounting experience, including financial processing and reconciliation
- Advanced ERP experience
- Advanced Google Sheets and Excel capability
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Experience in high-growth, high-volume, globally distributed AP environments
- Strong written and verbal communication
- AP process-improvement and technology-innovation experience
- Detail-oriented, structured, and systematic working methods
- Self-motivation, initiative, and proactive problem-solving
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Reliable home internet connection
- Authorization to work where you live
- Formal accounting education or related qualification is nice to have
- Payroll-processing experience is nice to have
- Advanced NetSuite experience is nice to have
