Key responsibilities & impact
  • Set and execute a multi-year enterprise growth strategy
  • Define where the company will compete, invest, and expand
  • Anticipate market shifts and connect customer needs, funding, and technology changes to growth opportunities
  • Deepen S&P’s role in Oracle Health and large-scale EHR modernization
  • Expand across federal, state, local, tribal, and rural healthcare markets
  • Develop ERP and other complementary offerings
  • Partner with the President and executive leadership team on long-term company direction
  • Own companywide growth performance, forecasts, risks, and investment needs
  • Build and lead a high-performing growth organization
  • Lead General Managers for Military Health and Veterans Affairs, Ambulatory, Rural, and Tribal Health, and Enterprise Resource Planning
  • Lead the Head of Capture and establish disciplined RFP processes, tools, reporting, roles, and timelines
  • Translate enterprise strategy into departmental objectives, portfolio plans, and measurable targets
  • Protect and expand existing business by anticipating recompetes and retention risks
  • Oversee business development, capture, and strategic partnerships
  • Build relationships with senior customers, healthcare organizations, technology companies, prime contractors, and strategic partners
  • Represent S&P at industry conferences and forums
  • Qualify opportunities, assess competition, select partners, and develop approaches for priority pursuits
  • Decide where S&P should lead, prime, subcontract, invest, partner, or decline to pursue
  • Involve Service Delivery in major pursuits to shape solutions, staffing, capability investments, and contract transitions
  • In the first year, align the growth organization around strategy and operating expectations, strengthen priority market positions, improve pipeline and RFP discipline, deepen executive relationships, and establish a multi-year growth plan

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare technology consulting or complex transformation services
  • Record of building markets, growing revenue, and leading senior growth, portfolio, capture, or business-unit leaders
  • Demonstrated success selling consulting and transformation services
  • Ability to understand how delivery creates value and translate customer needs into tailored solutions
  • Deep credibility in healthcare and EHR transformation
  • Ideally experienced with Oracle Health solutions
  • Judgment and relationships to shape markets, build new offerings, and help scale a company
  • Strong business and financial judgment
  • Ability to make disciplined decisions about markets, investments, partnerships, and pursuits
  • Federal healthcare or government contracting experience is preferred
  • Commercial-sector healthcare technology leaders considered with meaningful Oracle expertise, consulting-services orientation, and proven ability to lead growth and shape strategy
  • Alignment with S&P’s values of integrity, transparency, exceptional customer value, and genuine investment in people
