About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and continuously improve P3's total rewards framework across Europe
  • Manage and interpret market benchmark data and translate findings into recommendations
  • Support salary reviews, market positioning, pay structures, and internal equity analyses
  • Participate in the design and administration of short-term and long-term incentive plans
  • Support executive remuneration processes, Remuneration Committee materials, and compensation reporting
  • Provide compensation advice to HR Business Partners and business leaders
  • Monitor market trends, legislation, and emerging reward practices
  • Develop and maintain benefits programs across multiple European countries
  • Benchmark local benefits and evaluate new benefit solutions
  • Lead benefit provider tenders, negotiations, renewals, and vendor relationships
  • Coordinate benefit implementation with local teams and external providers
  • Communicate benefits to employees and managers
  • Maintain benefits governance, documentation, and administration standards
  • Support the continuous development of HR systems
  • Administer and optimize HRIS configuration, workflows, forms, approvals, and documentation
  • Drive HR Operations process improvements and automation
  • Support implementation and testing of HRIS functionalities, enhancements, and integrations
  • Manage HRIS, payroll, and business application data flows
  • Support HR colleagues as an HR systems key user and subject matter expert
  • Recommend HR technology improvements that enhance efficiency and user experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Compensation technical depth, including salary benchmarking, job grading, STI, LTIP, and executive remuneration
  • Hands-on experience with Korn Ferry, WTW, or Mercer market data
  • Experience as a key user or administrator of HiBob, Workday, SuccessFactors, or equivalent HRIS
  • Strong interest in automation and integrations
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience designing or managing employee benefits across multiple markets
  • Vendor management experience
  • Analytical and market data interpretation skills
  • International and cross-border compensation and benefits experience
