About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and coordinate P3’s disposal activities across multiple jurisdictions with the CIO and local business teams
- Lead or support asset and portfolio disposals from strategy and transaction preparation through signing and closing
- Coordinate disposal processes across the Group, local teams, advisors, and decision-making bodies
- Prepare and review financial models, valuations, disposal memoranda, and transaction analyses
- Manage end-to-end disposal transactions, including structuring, marketing, investor engagement, negotiations, due diligence, stakeholder management, and closing
- Lead negotiations on non-binding offers, heads of terms, letters of intent, sale and purchase agreements, and other transaction documentation
- Coordinate country management, investment, asset management, development, finance, and legal stakeholders
- Manage external advisors, brokers, and other transaction parties
- Prepare and present disposal recommendations, transaction updates, and approval materials to the Investment Committee and senior management
- Develop and maintain relationships with investors, brokers, and advisors
- Monitor market conditions and identify value-maximizing disposal and portfolio optimization opportunities
- Gather market intelligence on disposal comparables
- Support local Asset Plans with recent comparables
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experienced Group Disposal Manager (m/f/d)
- Must have closed transactions solo, including SPA negotiations, signing, and closing
- Experience coordinating local managing directors, advisors, and internal teams across multiple countries
- Ability to build and challenge financial models and valuations independently
- Knowledge of disposal comparables across key European logistics markets
- Ability to brief a CIO, negotiate with a buyer, and align country teams
- Experience with transaction structuring, marketing processes, investor engagement, negotiations, due diligence, stakeholder management, and closing activities
- Experience preparing financial models, valuations, disposal memoranda, and transaction analyses
