About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and execute the country strategy in line with regional and group objectives
- Drive growth and overall performance of P3 Spain's logistics real estate platform
- Maintain full P&L accountability
- Lead capital deployment and recycling
- Drive portfolio growth through land acquisitions, developments, forward fundings, yielding acquisitions, partnerships, and disposals
- Lead leasing and asset management with a focus on asset value enhancement
- Lead support functions including finance and legal
- Assess market opportunities, risks, and competitive dynamics
- Maximize long-term value and market leadership
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experienced Management team member
- Ability to define and execute country strategy in line with regional and group objectives
- Experience with growth and overall performance management of a logistics real estate platform
- Full P&L accountability
- Experience leading capital deployment and recycling, including land acquisitions, developments, forward fundings, yielding acquisitions, partnerships, and disposals
- Experience leading leasing and asset management
- Experience overseeing support functions such as finance and legal
- Ability to assess market opportunities, risks, and competitive dynamics
- Alignment with company strategy, return requirements, and investment guidelines
