About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review, prepare, and compile documents from internal and external databases and chemical database management systems
- Support regulatory compliance by obtaining documentation to maintain product-level data in all systems
- Prepare Chemical Hazard Summaries and Biological Evaluations
- Generate and review hazard communication documents and product labels
- Create and/or evaluate reports as needed to ensure compliance with applicable regulations in division activities
- Support the Customer Product Stewardship Team by reviewing, organizing, and summarizing documents and preparing reports and assessments
- Manage multiple projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or related science
- 0-2 years of experience in document preparation, archiving, or storage preferred
- Experience with chemical databases preferred
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Basic understanding of hazard communication and regulatory compliance issues
- One year of experience in regulatory and hazard communication preferred
- Monday through Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM
