About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive to client offices and job sites to pick up samples and drop off supplies
- Unload and receive client samples
- Triage client samples and determine sample types
- Unpack and repack coolers for shipment to other labs
- Assemble client sample kits according to guidelines and instructions
- Maintain and stock supplies to meet client sample kit demands
- Keep the work area clean and organized
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining the office
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong preference for previous customer service, shipping, or warehouse experience
- Laboratory or environmental testing experience preferred but not required
- Ability to operate a company vehicle equipped with GPS/telematics tracking and inward- and outward-facing safety cameras
- Ability to work in a lab or office setting
- Ability to remain standing for long periods
- Ability to work around strong odors
- Ability to wear required PPE
