  • Steward the Pace brand across customer-facing channels
  • Ensure consistency of messaging, visual identity, and market positioning
  • Develop thought leadership strategies and oversee strategic communications

  • Lead enterprise digital marketing, including website management, search optimization, social media, marketing automation, and analytics

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • 15 or more years of progressive marketing leadership experience
  • Demonstrated success building and leading marketing organizations in complex business-to-business environments
  • Experience developing enterprise marketing strategies across multiple products, services, business units, or customer segments
  • Experience translating marketing investment into measurable commercial outcomes
  • Experience working directly with senior leadership teams
  • Experience leading digital marketing, marketing automation, customer analytics, and modern demand-generation practices
  • Strong executive presence
  • Strong financial and business acumen
  • Knowledge of enterprise marketing strategy, brand management, market positioning, segmentation, demand generation, and customer lifecycle practices in complex business-to-business environments
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, website management, search optimization, social media, marketing automation, customer analytics, and modern marketing technology platforms
  • Knowledge of market intelligence methods
  • Knowledge of commercial enablement practices, including account-based marketing, customer nurturing, value-based messaging, and new-service launches
