About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own Pacific Catch's delivery, takeout, and catering business end-to-end
  • Grow sales across third-party delivery, B2B, and catering channels
  • Protect margin through partner terms and pricing
  • Ensure orders are accurate, on time, and fresh
  • Partner with Operations, Marketing, Culinary, Finance, and restaurant General Managers
  • Grow third-party delivery revenue by adding partners and locations and driving order frequency
  • Negotiate and manage commission rates, fees, and partner-funded promotions
  • Research, evaluate, and launch new delivery and B2B partners
  • Own third-party delivery marketing plans, including listings, photography, ratings, promotions, and sponsored placement
  • Manage indirect catering through ezCater and optimize menus, rankings, and reviews
  • Build direct catering through B2B sales and corporate account development
  • Partner with General Managers on local store marketing initiatives
  • Select and implement technology for direct catering ordering
  • Guide catering pricing strategy and provide input to culinary/product planning
  • Set and enforce standards for order accuracy, on-time production, and handoff
  • Own packaging standards for food quality, temperature, and brand presentation
  • Maintain menus and the Otter platform across all channels and troubleshoot operational issues
  • Train and support General Managers and restaurant teams on off-premise procedures
  • Lead revenue recapture for errors, disputes, and chargebacks
  • Report sales growth by partner, channel, and location
  • Measure marketing effectiveness and return on promotional spend
  • Track revenue recapture results and trends
  • Publish operational KPIs and drive action with Operations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of experience in restaurant operations or growth roles
  • 3+ years leading off-premise, delivery, or catering for a multi-unit brand
  • Hands-on expertise with DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, ezCater, and aggregation tools such as Otter
  • Proven record negotiating partner agreements and building profitable, scalable revenue channels
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable with P&L, POS data, and Excel/BI dashboards
  • B2B or catering sales experience; able to build a sales pipeline and close corporate accounts
  • Credible with GMs and kitchen teams; a clear communicator who trains and influences without direct authority
  • Passion for high-quality, fresh food and guest experience
  • Willingness to travel to restaurant locations regularly
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for varying periods throughout the workday
  • Ability to frequently use a computer, keyboard, mouse, telephone, and other standard office equipment
  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to move throughout restaurant locations as needed, including navigating kitchens, dining areas, service areas, and other operational spaces
