About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the National Sales Operations collective
  • Directly supervise three Sales Operations Associates
  • Establish operational priorities, workflows, service-level expectations, and coverage models
  • Allocate and rebalance Associate workloads based on lead volume, opportunity complexity, NSO capacity, and business priorities
  • Provide coaching, performance feedback, and development guidance
  • Serve as escalation point for complex operational, routing, or client-facing issues
  • Oversee national lead merchandising strategy and inbound opportunity distribution
  • Evaluate lead complexity, revenue potential, account alignment, urgency, and NSO capacity for lead routing
  • Establish and enforce lead distribution standards aligned with the 2:1 NSO coverage model
  • Monitor lead flow, response time, and conversion trends
  • Own and refine national sales operational processes affecting revenue execution and pipeline health
  • Partner with National Sales Leadership to optimize NSO productivity
  • Identify operational risks, inefficiencies, and scalability constraints and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure CRM accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and adherence to sales processes
  • Facilitate email introductions connecting clients with assigned National Sales Directors
  • Generate sales proposals based on Sales Director direction and deliver drafts for review
  • Conduct weekly pipeline reviews and execute structured follow-up
  • Support escalation of qualified opportunities to hot lead status
  • Close or decline opportunities in Delphi with documentation and rationale

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong understanding of group sales processes and sales funnel management
  • High proficiency with CRM systems, particularly Delphi
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment in prioritization and lead routing
  • Excellent written communication and cross-functional coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • 2-3 Years Experience in High Volume Hotel Sales Office Management
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, Delphi, Cvent
  • Analytical and Reporting Skills
  • Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
