About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate and monitor logistics operations, including container positioning, warehousing, and delivery
  • Coordinate recovery of containers held by authorities or retained by customers beyond the established time
  • Liaise with vendors, carriers, depots, terminals, and internal teams to ensure timely cargo movement
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and deliveries
  • Prepare and process logistics documentation in compliance with regulations
  • Track shipments and provide updates to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Assist in resolving logistics issues and improving operational efficiency
  • Monitor Maintenance & Repair activities, including photographic records, repair times, and cost control
  • Monitor container dwell times at container yards and promote timely evacuation and turnaround

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in shipping companies
  • Experience handling Reefer and Dry containers and other logistics equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in logistics software, MS Office Suite, and reporting
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Advanced English level
  • Knowledge of international shipping and logistics practices
  • Brazilian nationality or current legal right to work in Brazil
