Key responsibilities & impact

Use software to remotely access client computers to troubleshoot and diagnose network connectivity with multifunctional devices such as copiers and scanners
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and other channels to gather troubleshooting information
Work closely with sales representatives, customers, and field technicians to resolve network-related problems
Provide the highest level of customer success as part of a growing, dynamic remote MFP support department

Requirements

What you’ll need

0-2 Years of experience working with TCP-IP Networking
Some computer knowledge mixed with a willingness and capability to learn
Natural problem-solving ability combined with a passion for fantastic customer service
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Associates degree preferred
Knowledge of or experience working with networking protocols and concepts (VPN, Routing, Ports, TCP/IP, Network analysis tools) preferred
Network+ or A+ Certifications a plus
Knowledge or hands-on experience providing technical support to users using Windows 10 and server versions, MAC OS, and other mainstream applications preferred
Experienced technicians are sought, but entry-level candidates may be trained
