Account Executive – Enterprise
Pack - AI Change Management Platform. Research, engage and lead the whole acquisition process with potential new clients (Lead to New Client).
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Research, engage and lead the whole acquisition process with potential new clients (Lead to New Client).
- Communicate the value of Pack through live platform demos via video calls with qualified prospects.
- Own follow-up and close deals in a structured, data-driven manner.
- Manage advisors who provide introductions to warm leads and create new business relationships.
- Use prospecting initiatives including calls, LinkedIn, email and automated email.
- Track performance against KPIs to understand contribution and identify improvements.
- Collaborate closely with the SDR team to build and deliver an efficient acquisition strategy for the assigned area.
- Help capture the Spanish market by engaging key decision-makers and leading businesses to sign with Pack.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience working as an AE, preferably in HR tech and in the Enterprise Market
- Use of CRM (Hubspot)
- Spanish native speaker
- Great communication skills in English (level B2)
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong networking abilities
- Ability to diagnose problems and find solutions
- Entrepreneurship
- Willingness to learn by doing and making mistakes
- Willingness to take on challenges and exceed goals as a team
