About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide support to internal and external clients throughout the contract lifecycle
- Map and coordinate with contract stakeholders, including internal departments and client teams
- Manage billing in accordance with contract terms and internal processes
- Keep contract controls up to date by monitoring, updating, and analyzing indicators such as SLA compliance, report submission, costs, and more
- Participate in and contribute to continuous process and department improvement initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a university degree
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Planner, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to operate and use Windows-based systems
- Knowledge of Power BI and Power Automate is a plus
- Previous experience working with service contract teams is a plus
