About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Procure software, licenses, and services from manufacturers and suppliers
- Track purchase orders and reconcile invoices
- Support customer billing processes
- Update price lists and commercial information
- Maintain relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Ensure the proper flow of the Procurement department’s administrative processes
- Ensure the efficiency of procurement processes and contribute to the department’s smooth operations
- Support internal and external customers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree completed
- Previous experience in administrative routines, procurement, or back-office operations
- Basic Excel knowledge
- Basic to intermediate English proficiency for reading and written communication
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple demands
- Experience purchasing services, software, licenses, or contracts is a plus
- Experience in the technology sector is a plus
- Experience managing relationships with manufacturers and suppliers is a plus
