About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage enhancements, projects, and initiatives related to the Order to Cash (OTC) process chain across LATAM
Ensure the continuous evolution of commercial processes by aligning solutions with business needs
Promote system integration and ensure operational efficiency from order entry through payment collection
Manage the portfolio of requirements related to SAP SD and Order to Cash processes
Serve as the focal point for priority setting with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Credit, and Finance teams
Propose solutions to optimize sales, billing, pricing, and order management processes
Coordinate external vendors and functional consultants to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
Lead enhancements to satellite systems integrated with SAP, including CRM, EDI, e-commerce platforms, and tax solutions
Ensure alignment with teams across different Latin American countries, fostering collaboration and process standardization
Support digital transformation initiatives related to commercial and customer service processes
Analyze the impact of business changes on OTC processes and propose scalable solutions aligned with SAP best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience with SAP SD and Order to Cash processes
Fluency in English and Spanish
Experience managing requirements and projects, including prioritization, tracking, and delivery
Knowledge of configuring Sales Order Processing, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, and Credit Management
Basic knowledge of ABAP and integration with satellite systems
Knowledge of FI, MM, WM/EWM, TM, and CRM is a plus
5+ years of experience in specialized roles related to SAP SD and Order to Cash processes
Proven track record with SAP RISE, S/4HANA, Fiori, CPI/BTP integrations, DRC, and global rollouts
Experience in the food, pharmaceutical, chemical, or distribution industries is a plus
Experience working in multicultural and regional environments
Ability to work with agile methodologies and portfolio management
Knowledge of Brazilian tax processes related to billing, transportation, and electronic documentation
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with teams from different departments and countries
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
Knowledge of integration between SAP SD and related modules, especially FI, MM, and WM/EWM
Experience providing functional support, continuous improvement, and SAP implementation projects
