About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Source and onboard creators for live rosters on the largest and most complex accounts
  • Partner with the Senior Manager, Creator Acquisition, on load-sharing across major programs
  • Own roster turnaround time, first-round approval rate, and on-time delivery
  • Find off-platform creators matching tier, platform, category, vertical, geography, and campaign requirements
  • Manage agency relationships end to end, including scoping, negotiation, contracting, onboarding, and ongoing support
  • Support Sales and Strategy on RFPs and proactive pitches with creator recommendations
  • Resolve platform questions, escalations, payment issues, and process friction
  • Coordinate with Creator Ops and Client Success so sourcing needs surface before roster deadlines
  • Execute creator outreach, move the acquisition funnel, and fill rosters for complex accounts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years in creator marketing, talent management, partnerships, influencer sourcing, or supply-side growth at a marketplace
  • Personally sourced and closed creators or talent
  • Direct experience working with talent agencies, including negotiating, onboarding rosters, and maintaining relationships
  • Knowledge of the creator landscape, brand safety, campaign readiness, platform shifts, and emerging formats
  • Comfortable with high-volume cold outreach, follow-up, and lead management
  • Salesforce and spreadsheet fluency required
  • Comfortable working from target lists, tracking funnels accurately, and using numbers to explain performance
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Client Success, Creator Ops, and Marketing
  • Highly organized and able to juggle multiple moving parts and tight deadlines
  • Effective prioritization and calm under pressure
  • Clear, professional, and friendly communication with creators, agencies, and clients
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in asking questions
  • Solutions-first mindset
