About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in the preparation and submission of immigration petitions and applications.
- Conduct legal research and compile supporting documentation for immigration cases.
- Maintain organized files and documentation for ongoing cases.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Immigration Paralegal or in a related field within a law firm environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of US immigration law and processes.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple deadlines efficiently.
- Proficient in legal research, case management, and document preparation.
- Experience working with immigration software and case management systems.
- A high degree of professionalism and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
