About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Schedule, publish, and manage content across social media platforms
- Monitor and respond to comments using the brand’s tone and voice
- Manage email and social media inboxes
- Identify potential prospects in emails, comments, and DMs
- Route qualified opportunities to the sales team with clear context
- Independently determine which messages require a response, escalation, or sales handoff
- Keep content and communication workflows organized
- Use AI tools to improve efficiency when appropriate
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong written communication and professional judgment
- Ability to work independently without constant instructions or supervision
- Comfortable working asynchronously in a remote environment
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Social Media Assistant, Community Manager, or similar remote role
- Able to recognize sales opportunities without attempting to close them
- Organized, proactive, and reliable
- Interested in building a stable, long-term working relationship
- Experience supporting a coaching business, personal brand, or fast-growing small business (nice to have)
- Familiarity with media buying and basic paid advertising concepts (nice to have)
- Experience using AI tools as part of a daily workflow (nice to have)
- Previous experience managing high-volume inboxes or online communities (nice to have)
