About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own Meta as a growth channel for Wild Pastures across Facebook and Instagram
  • Manage campaign strategy, account structure, budget allocation, optimization, and scaling
  • Drive profitable growth for a subscription business against ROAS, MER, nCAC, CPA, LTV, and payback efficiency objectives
  • Design and execute testing roadmaps across creative, offers, landing pages, campaign structures, and bidding strategies
  • Own platform creative strategy and identify opportunities for new concepts using performance insights
  • Brief and guide creative development with creative strategists and editors
  • Turn performance insights into creative direction through analysis of messaging, audience behaviors, and opportunities
  • Monitor account performance daily, investigate root causes, and communicate risks, opportunities, and recommendations
  • Stay current with Meta platform changes, measurement updates, attribution best practices, and direct-response advertising trends
  • Collaborate with creative strategists, editors, designers, and leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Candidates must reside and work in one of the following states: Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Louisiana, Maryland, Missouri, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Ohio, Texas, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, or Wyoming
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta advertising for subscription-based e-commerce or direct-response brands
  • Demonstrated success acquiring customers profitably for subscription businesses
  • Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, retention, churn, and payback period
  • Proven track record of scaling profitable campaigns while managing meaningful advertising budgets
  • Experience owning a Meta account end-to-end, from strategy through execution and optimization
  • Exceptional analytical skills and curiosity for solving performance problems
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and their connection to business growth
  • Experience optimizing for subscription-specific business metrics, customer quality, retention, and long-term profitability
  • Comfortable using analytics and attribution platforms beyond Ads Manager; GA4, Haus, Mixpanel, or similar tools are a plus
  • Strong creative instincts and understanding of effective direct-response advertising
  • Ability to translate performance insights into actionable creative feedback
  • Experience working closely with creative teams through briefing, iteration, and testing
  • Bonus: experience marketing premium food, health, wellness, supplement, or direct-to-consumer subscription brands
  • Bonus: experience working within high-growth ecommerce companies
  • Bonus: experience with AI-driven campaign optimization and emerging Google advertising technologies
  • Bonus: familiarity with creative testing frameworks and direct-response marketing
  • Bonus: passion for regenerative agriculture, nutrient-dense food, health, or wellness
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable
