About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Partnerships team across Paleovalley and Wild Pastures
  • Coordinate day-to-day needs across affiliate, paid, and business development initiatives
  • Coordinate affiliate commission payouts and partnership invoices, resolving routine discrepancies and ensuring timely, accurate payments
  • Coordinate partner gifting, including product gift boxes, holiday gifts, cards, and other gifting initiatives
  • Create co-branded page requests and set up completed co-branded pages, links, codes, and partner resources
  • Gather, organize, and distribute partnership assets, links, promotional materials, and other resources
  • Coordinate internal requests for copywriting, design, creative assets, promotional materials, and other cross-functional needs
  • Maintain accurate partnership records, trackers, documents, Google Drive folders, and Monday.com boards
  • Track paid partnership deliverables and timelines and organize required materials
  • Prepare partner-specific links, codes, assets, and information for affiliate communications
  • Coordinate recurring administrative projects and operational needs, escalating complex or non-routine issues as needed
  • Support the Partnerships team so it can build relationships, grow programs, and drive revenue

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Candidates must reside and work in one of the following states: Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Louisiana, Maryland, Missouri, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Ohio, Texas, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, or Wyoming
  • All applicants must be authorized to work in the United States
  • 1–3+ years of experience in administrative, operational, marketing, partnerships, or similar support work preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn and independently follow established processes and workflows, exercise sound judgment within defined guidelines, and recognize when issues require escalation
  • Comfort working with spreadsheets, shared documents, and other digital tools
  • A proactive, dependable approach to completing tasks, following through on requests, and collaborating with others in a remote environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Operations or related field is a bonus point, not required
  • Hands-on experience supporting marketing operations, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, paid or creator partnerships is a bonus
  • Experience with Monday.com, Everflow, Google Drive, or similar platforms is a bonus
  • Experience working remotely in a fast-paced or growing consumer brand environment is a bonus
  • Interest in health, wellness, nutrition, regenerative agriculture, or mission-driven consumer brands is a bonus
  • Candidates must complete Form I-9 and work authorization verification; the employer does not sponsor employment visas
