About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide high-quality, personalized food and beverage service to customers
- Handle customer enquiries promptly and professionally
- Prepare, present and serve food items and beverages, including coffee and alcoholic beverages
- Provide full restaurant table service
- Handle POS and EFTPOS transactions
- Perform opening and closing duties for the café, bar and restaurant
- Assist with setup, service and pack-down of golf club events and functions
- Maintain cleanliness of food and beverage equipment
- Maintain presentation of function areas and café
- Collaborate with the team to execute service to the highest level
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3 years Food & Beverage experience in either a Café, Restaurant, Bar or Event/functions environment
- Experience in table service environment is essential
- Barista and/or cocktail making experience highly regarded
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering a professional and personalised customer service experience
- Current Safe Food Handling Certificate essential
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate essential
- Current C Class drivers licence
- Availability across public holidays, weekends and holiday periods is essential
- Availability for a rotating Monday to Sunday roster, including Friday dinner service through to 10pm
- Minimum 20 hours per week for permanent part-time work
