About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide operational leadership for enterprise AI, agentic AI, and automation initiatives
- Lead complex business analysis efforts and shape AI and automation roadmaps
- Mentor business analysts and partner with business and technology leaders to deliver measurable business outcomes
- Serve as a senior subject matter expert for Intelligent Automation, Agentic AI solutions, and Business Process Transformation
- Build trusted advisory relationships with business unit executives and management
- Lead enterprise AI, Agentic AI, and Process Automation initiatives, including Microsoft Copilot enablement
- Translate business strategy into AI- and automation-enabled operating models
- Communicate AI and Automation strategy, value realization, and roadmaps to stakeholders
- Act as the primary escalation point for complex, cross-domain AI and Automation initiatives
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize automation and Agentic AI opportunities
- Guide solution design using RPA, Desktop Automation, IDP, Conversational AI, ML, and Agentic AI patterns
- Ensure requirements, process flows, and solution designs support responsible, secure, and scalable AI deployment
- Oversee development of SOPs and Process Definition Documents
- Partner with architecture, security, data, and platform teams to ensure compliance
- Lead demand intake, triage, and capacity planning for AI and Automation services
- Enforce AI and automation lifecycle governance models
- Track benefits realization, operational KPIs, and value delivery
- Provide executive reporting, issue escalation, and corrective action planning
- Contribute to AI risk management, model governance, ethical AI practices, and control design
- Provide formal and informal leadership and mentorship to Business Analysts and third-party developers
- Establish analysis standards, reusable artifacts, and best practices
- Review and guide business cases, requirements, and solution proposals
- Support training, communities of practice, and tool adoption
- Lead initiatives spanning multiple business units and influence investment decisions and enterprise roadmaps
- Manage relationships with internal Business Unit customers and coordinate project activity
- Prepare business requirements, project plans, and resource needs; coordinate work assignments
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field required
- 8+ years of IT Business Analysis, Process Automation, or Digital Transformation experience required
- Demonstrated experience delivering advanced Automation, AI, and Agentic AI solutions in enterprise environments
- Proven success providing operational leadership, mentoring, and leading cross-functional teams
- Experience defining and governing AI-enabled business processes preferred
- Certifications in ITIL, PMP, CBAP, BRM, Six Sigma, or AI/ML-related fields preferred
- Experience with agentic AI frameworks and patterns
- Experience with RPA platforms such as UiPath and workflow orchestration tools
- Experience with process modeling and discovery tools such as IBM Blueworks
- Experience with ServiceNow or comparable enterprise service management platforms
- Experience enabling business solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365, and Copilot Studio
- Knowledge of Copilot extensibility, data, analytics, and AI governance concepts
- Strategic thinking and systems-level problem solving
- Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into actionable AI-enabled solutions
- Strong executive communication and influence skills
- Commitment to responsible AI, operational rigor, and value realization
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external partners
- Ability to represent Panasonic services and develop ROI-based business cases
