About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support Product Managers with product launches, portfolio management, pricing updates, and new product introduction projects
  • Analyze customer feedback, market trends, competitive activity, and product performance data
  • Serve as a product resource for customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders
  • Research inquiries and coordinate solutions across functional teams
  • Develop and maintain product collateral, technical documentation, sales enablement materials, and customer-facing communications
  • Lead or support cross-functional projects involving product enhancements, process improvements, and business growth
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, leverage automation and AI tools, and enhance product management effectiveness

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline strongly preferred
  • Preferred 2–4 years of experience in product management, product marketing, business analysis, technical sales, engineering, or a related field
  • Candidates with less experience who demonstrate strong aptitude and business acumen are encouraged to apply
  • Ability to understand products, customer needs, and market dynamics and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate across functions
  • Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
  • Must be available for an in-person interview
