About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supervise shifts and/or work areas in a Papa John’s restaurant
- Ensure high quality products and customer service are delivered
- Support restaurant profitability and execute Company policies, procedures, programs, and systems
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices
- Perform station duties including dough management, accurate portioning, product preparation, and maintaining product holding times
- Contribute to product goals and meet customer needs while minimizing complaints
- Follow policies related to image, attendance, safety, and security
- Ensure adequate shift coverage and provide immediate feedback and corrections
- Maintain product quality, customer service, MCE readiness, food/labor costs, and restaurant cleanliness
- Contribute to profit goals by accurately utilizing the FOCUS System
- Execute cash management duties
- Assist with inventory management to minimize loss
- Work collaboratively, maintain a positive attitude, and adapt to change
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred
- Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred
- Successful and stable employment history
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours generally required), scheduled or unscheduled, including nights, weekends, and emergencies
- Ability to successfully perform the job duties of all positions in the restaurant
