About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own performance testing using JMeter or similar tools, identify system bottlenecks, and collaborate with engineering teams on optimization
- Develop and maintain robust, scalable automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, and Rest Assured
- Contribute to test strategy, planning, execution, and reporting
- Ensure end-to-end test coverage across UI, API, and backend systems
- Work with development teams to identify root causes and provide performance tuning suggestions
- Identify opportunities to adopt innovative testing technologies and techniques
- Evaluate and adopt emerging testing tools and frameworks to improve test efficiency
- Serve as a subject matter expert on quality practices
- Drive automation, performance testing, and quality initiatives across the platform in a CI/CD environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years in quality engineering with a strong focus on automation and performance testing
- Strong knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, and Gatling
- Experience with monitoring and profiling tools for performance monitoring
- Strong experience with Java-, Python-, or JavaScript-based automation frameworks
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, including Jenkins and GitHub Actions
- Experience in functional, system integration, regression, GUI, API/web service, and browser compatibility testing
- Familiarity with test management tools such as Zephyr
- Deep understanding of software quality best practices, shift-left testing, and test pyramid principles
- Experience developing and maintaining automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, and Rest Assured
- Exposure to Big Data or AI/ML products
- Understanding of security testing concepts including OWASP, DAST, and SAST is a plus
- Must be willing to work at the Gurugram or Jaipur location
- Ability to participate in the stated interview process
