About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Activate new users on the Parachute Health platform to exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and demos to prospective clinicians and users at ambulatory facilities
- Respond to and nurture inbound sales opportunities
- Maintain and manage opportunities in the CRM, including communications, next steps, sales stages, processes, and workflows
- Demonstrate the Parachute Health platform and explain interactions or integrations with prospects’ EMR systems and network suppliers
- Develop and execute strategies to generate and nurture sales opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
- Serve as a trusted advisor by providing tailored insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams
- Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends
- Analyze sales metrics and performance data to continuously improve strategies and outcomes
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2-3 Years of work experience in Sales, Customer Success, Business Development, or similar roles
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (preferred)
- Experienced with cold calling to generate SaaS client leads (Healthcare a plus)
- Experience calling into ambulatory environments (preferred)
- Must reside in the U.S.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to understand partners’ unique businesses through listening and tailoring solutions
- Comfortable across different call points and able to adjust conversations based on the audience
- Coachable and actively improves from feedback
- Trustworthy and reliable, with ability to quickly build partner relationships
- Highly motivated with a strong sense of ownership and desire to make an impact
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and for the duration of employment
