About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the annual events portfolio strategy across HME suppliers, clinicians, health systems, and payers
  • Manage the events budget and recommend where to increase, hold, or cut spend
  • Run event execution end-to-end, including logistics, booth and asset management, staffing coordination, and on-site presence
  • Partner with Growth Marketing, Revenue Operations, Sales, and Account Management to route event leads into campaigns and timely follow-up
  • Own lead capture, ROI tracking, and event attribution
  • Lead the design and execution of Parachute-owned events, including customer advisory boards
  • Manage external vendors supporting asset storage/shipping, lead capture tooling, and event staff
  • Support Sales and Account Management with merchandise and collateral for key prospect and customer accounts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience managing budget and strategy for both industry conferences and owned/hosted events
  • Demonstrated ability to translate event spend into ROI, including lead generation, growth within existing accounts, and brand awareness
  • Hands-on experience with lead capture tools and a CRM; HubSpot preferred
  • High agency and a bias toward action
  • Proven experience building quality campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation
  • Comfort managing several concurrent priorities, including multiple conferences in the same week
  • Healthcare experience in DME/HME, homecare, health systems, physician groups, or health plans is a plus
  • Comfort managing vendors and using technology/AI tools to work faster and more effectively
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and for the duration of employment
