About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Directly manage and develop Parachute's Enablement Directors, establishing operating rhythm, goals, and career growth.
  • Hire, onboard, and develop future enablement team members as the function scales.
  • Set standards for enablement excellence and coach the enablement team.
  • Own and operationalize the Enablement Program across Supplier, Health System, Clinician Activation, and Payor sales motions.
  • Own new-hire onboarding and ramp for BDR and AE roles, reducing time-to-first-deal and time-to-quota.
  • Track seller productivity, including activity quality, pipeline generation, and quota attainment.
  • Drive HubSpot adoption and consistent pipeline-data hygiene.
  • Build and maintain sales playbooks, including Lead Attack speed-to-lead playbooks.
  • Own the Supplier Sales Rep program, including curriculum, certification, and materials.
  • Build Channel Enablement for the broader partner ecosystem.
  • Measure partner-sourced activity and productivity.
  • Build content architecture and certification programs for seller-facing roles.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations on current messaging, positioning, and talk tracks.
  • Run call reviews, deal coaching, and skill-building based on real pipeline and calls.
  • Train frontline sales leaders and coach sales leaders directly.
  • Diagnose skill gaps and create targeted development programs.
  • Use Gong and pipeline data to identify effective field practices and create repeatable coaching.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Revenue Systems, Data Analytics, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to translate strategy into execution.
  • Build and manage KPIs for enablement performance and supported sales teams.
  • Represent Enablement in planning cycles and provide a seller's-eye view.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years in revenue enablement, sales training, or a related revenue leadership role, including 5+ years leading teams.
  • A track record of building or meaningfully scaling an enablement function, not just running one that was already fully built.
  • Experience supporting multiple sales motions or segments (for example enterprise, mid-market, channel or partner); healthcare or other complex B2B2C environments are a plus.
  • Experience enabling partners or a channel who sell on your behalf, not only direct employees.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Hands-on experience with a CRM (HubSpot preferred), a content or enablement platform, and conversation intelligence tools (Gong or similar).
  • Comfort building and reading reporting on ramp time, content usage, and rep performance.
  • Experience designing curriculum, certification programs, and coaching frameworks from scratch.
  • Builds durable systems, not one-off decks.
  • Coaches with data, not anecdotes.
  • Leads and scales a team with equal comfort in strategy and execution.
  • Executive presence credible in front of sales leadership and the executive team, and on the sales floor.
  • Partners across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations.
  • Brings structure to ambiguity and moves with urgency.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and for the duration of employment.
  • This role is not eligible for employer visa sponsorship.
