About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a primary operational point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring project requirements and expectations are understood and met
  • Lead complex Remediation and Class Action administration projects from planning through completion
  • Ensure deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards
  • Manage project financial performance, including budgets, estimates, monthly revenue forecasting, invoice review, and financial objectives
  • Guide Project Managers on forecasting, budgeting, and invoice accuracy
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources including sales representatives, data analysts, web developers, call center teams, disbursement specialists, claims analysts, and other operational personnel
  • Monitor project progress, identify issues, establish contingency plans, and adjust resources and priorities
  • Delegate responsibilities and ensure assignments and internal requests are completed accurately and on time
  • Develop internal communication strategies to keep teams and management informed of status, priorities, risks, and issues
  • Manage and resolve difficult or sensitive client situations
  • Recruit, train, supervise, coach, and evaluate project staff
  • Develop team members through coaching, training, and guidance
  • Support succession planning and internal talent-pipeline development
  • Improve processes, controls, workflows, and procedures to increase efficiency, quality, profitability, and client satisfaction
  • Partner with business and operational leaders to implement best practices and streamline service delivery
  • Use data and analytical methods to identify issues, evaluate performance, solve problems, and support business decisions
  • Collaborate across Client Services, Sales, and operational teams to maintain service standards and support revenue, efficiency, and profitability goals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Extensive project management and client-facing experience, including responsibility for complex projects, competing priorities, and cross-functional teams
  • eDiscovery and significant hands-on experience with Relativity and/or RelativityOne
  • Bachelor’s degree in management or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant industry experience, preferred
  • Juris Doctor (JD), Master of Business Administration (MBA), or similar advanced degree preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through the Project Management Institute (PMI) preferred
  • Prior experience in banking or financial services preferred
  • Demonstrated experience managing project budgets, forecasts, timelines, resources, deliverables, and client expectations
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills, including experience coaching, developing, and supervising team members
  • Excellent planning, organizational, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to manage multiple complex and shifting priorities while maintaining attention to detail and quality
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate risks, evaluate alternatives, and develop contingency plans
  • Ability to delegate effectively and ensure work is completed on time, within scope, and according to quality standards
  • Strong technical aptitude and excellent computer skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex project information clearly to clients, project teams, and senior stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively with a high degree of independence, judgment, and accountability
