About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work collaboratively with clients through strategic planning, process improvements, and enterprise-wide initiatives

  • Engage in systems selection, technical strategy, and implementation oversight
  • Address complex business and technical challenges using analytical and critical thinking

  • Lead clients through systems selection processes and identify solutions aligned with business needs
  • Support planning and execution of technology implementations aligned with strategic objectives and user requirements
  • Participate in all project life-cycle phases, including planning, estimation, execution, issue/risk management, and resource allocation
  • Present recommendations and findings to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior executives and stakeholders
  • Partner with Pariveda and client leadership to drive initiatives and achieve project success
  • Work within a hybrid model

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of professional consulting, client-facing, or other relevant industry experience
  • Experience with technical leadership, such as coaching others and/or leading pieces of projects
  • Experience estimating/assigning tasks, creating timelines, gathering requirements, and design
  • Strong understanding of technology-related projects, including systems selection, implementation processes, and IT delivery methods
  • Ability to engage in technical conversations and bridge business and technical teams
  • Ability to create and implement innovative solutions
  • Adaptability and ability to manage multiple responsibilities and varied environments
  • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Bachelor’s Degree or comparable experience
  • Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship
