About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Set up and stock the bar with beer, wine, spirits, mixers, and garnishes
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including glassware and work surfaces
Assist bartenders during busy periods by replenishing supplies, fetching bottles, and pouring drinks
Collect empty glasses and bottles and restock as needed
Monitor inventory levels and alert management to supply needs
Adhere to safety and sanitation standards
Provide friendly and efficient customer service
Assist with dishwashing or kitchen operations as needed
Support bartenders and keep bar stations fully stocked, clean, and organized

Requirements

What you’ll need

A high school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Attention to detail for maintaining cleanliness and organization
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
Basic knowledge of alcoholic beverages and cocktails is a plus
