About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming dining experience
Present menus, take accurate orders, and provide tailored recommendations
Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
Monitor guest satisfaction, address requests, and refill beverages
Answer guest questions about menu items and dietary needs
Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely and accurate order delivery
Clear and reset tables while maintaining cleanliness and organization

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of restaurant serving experience
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations

Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
