About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee customer services and community relations for internal and external wellness clients
Oversee retail strategy and service delivery
Oversee co-worker performance and process improvement initiatives
Work with fellow leaders to carry out community well-being and health system initiatives
Partner with the Manager to identify and implement employer clinic and well-being department goals
Support and engage the larger team of community well-being co-workers, both internal and external

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in healthcare, health education, public health, social services, or related field
Must have valid drivers license
Wellness Coaching certification and/or Certified Worksite Wellness Program Manager preferred
Must have current CPR (AHA) Certification required
Minimum of two years experience in a wellness or health related field
Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Must demonstrate initiative and sound judgment
Must have ability to effectively interact with all levels within the health system as well as those out in the communities
