About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead Parry Labs' Army autonomy and formation integration campaign for FUSION
  • Own the campaign plan, customer map, funding lines, pursuit slate, contact plan, key events calendar, and monthly campaign review with the CRO
  • Own qualified pipeline and bookings targets for Army autonomy and formation integration
  • Identify, qualify, and prioritize pursuits across Army autonomy, ground robotics, common control, mission autonomy, and transformation-in-contact organizations
  • Convert experimentation and prototype work with robotic formations into funded program positions, prototype follow-ons, program-of-record positions, and production orders
  • Shape requirements and acquisition paths before they are written
  • Build and maintain relationships across Army ground and robotics organizations, vehicle primes, autonomy vendors, divisions, and brigades
  • Lead captures from qualification through award, including win strategy, customer call plans, teaming, price-to-win, and gate reviews
  • Structure and close deals using OTAs, CSOs, SBIR Phase II/III, enterprise and license agreements, and prime subcontracts
  • Support crewed ground vehicle programs with product leadership and vehicle primes
  • Connect customer needs to FUSION, STRATIA, VIW, and edge compute hardware, creating priced offers and a customer-backed roadmap
  • Drive proposal content, including solution narratives, win themes, discriminators, and customer intelligence
  • Represent Parry Labs at customer meetings, demonstrations, Army experimentation events, AUSA, GVSETS, and industry events
  • Maintain a presence in the Detroit Arsenal ground vehicle and robotics community
  • Maintain CRM discipline and provide the CRO with a monthly forecast of bookings, award timing, and probability of win
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of defense business development, capture, program management, requirements, or acquisition experience focused on Army ground systems, robotics, or autonomy
  • At least 5 years carrying a bookings target or leading captures
  • Experience leading a multi-year campaign or account plan across several program offices and units with a cross-functional team
  • Record of closed Army deals
  • Working relationships across the Army ground and robotics community, including CPE Mission Autonomy, Detroit Arsenal program offices, the Ground Vehicle Systems Center, the Army Applications Laboratory, vehicle primes, and autonomy vendors
  • Experience selling, architecting, or managing autonomy, robotics, common control, or mission systems integration for the Army
  • Technical literacy sufficient to explain an open integration layer to a program manager
  • Practical Army acquisition experience with OTAs, CSOs, SBIR transitions, and middle tier rapid prototyping
  • Record of shaping requirements and transitioning prototypes into programs of record
  • Ability to understand how budget lines and continuing resolutions shape award timing
  • Clear, concise briefing skills for senior Army leaders and Parry Labs executives
  • Willingness to travel about 50%
  • Active Secret security clearance
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Preferred: prior Army service or Army civilian experience in the ground vehicle, robotics, or requirements community
  • Preferred: experience at a defense technology company selling commercial autonomy or robotics products, or at a vehicle prime's ground systems business
  • Preferred: familiarity with MOSA, the Army's Robotic and Autonomous Systems Ground Interoperability Profile, and government-owned control interfaces
  • Preferred: established teaming relationships with vehicle primes, autonomy vendors, and robotics integrators
  • Preferred: experience with Army xTech, SBIR, Project Convergence, or transformation in contact events
  • Preferred: active TS/SCI clearance
