About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own current and future products within the Evercode™ product lines and be responsible for their commercial success
- Serve as the central internal advocate for customers and build an external community
- Manage market development and on-market support for current and future Evercode™ single-cell product lines
- Define market needs and requirements for new product concepts and development initiatives
- Engage with customers to assess product strengths and improvement areas
- Evaluate market opportunities within customer segments to drive strategic initiatives
- Communicate the competitive landscape, updates, and opportunities to executive management and product teams
- Develop technical collateral and presentation decks to support sales efforts
- Establish and manage relationships with commercial partners to drive product adoption
- Define and refine market positioning for current products
- Coordinate preparation and launch of new product introductions
- Collaborate across product development, sales, support, and marketing teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in genomics or related field; Master’s degree or PhD preferred
- 5+ years of experience in genomics, preferably in single-cell or related field with a Bachelor’s degree, or 3+ years experience with a Master’s degree or PhD
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated experience bringing a new product to market
- Reliable internet connection and suitable workspace
- Ability to work extensively with computers and across multiple priorities and time zones
- Flexibility to travel regularly to Seattle headquarters if remote; travel may occur monthly or more
- Ability to travel to industry conferences and team meetings
- Ability to occasionally work outside standard business hours
- High level of organization, attention to detail, sound judgment, and adaptability
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment
