About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop new business in the Seattle market and support expansion into adjacent territories
- Manage and grow existing hospital and surgery center accounts
- Build relationships with hospital and surgery center decision-makers
- Present biomedical repair solutions and value propositions
- Prospect new accounts and generate referrals and partnership opportunities
- Conduct client needs assessments
- Coordinate with service and technical teams to support assigned accounts
- Monitor account health and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- Develop account plans to drive revenue expansion and renewals
- Follow up with clients, gather feedback, and resolve concerns
- Execute market expansion strategy within the Seattle territory and 2-hour radius
- Analyze territory performance data and market trends
- Collaborate with sales leadership on territory-specific strategies
- Create and deliver presentations highlighting repair expertise, ISO certification, and quality standards
- Prepare sales forecasts and maintain CRM records
- Communicate with clinical engineers, hospital administrators, and C-suite executives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Sales and business development experience, including lead generation, prospecting, relationship building, and account management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical value to non-technical buyers
- Ability to work independently to meet sales goals while collaborating effectively as part of a team
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Self-motivation, resilience, and a positive attitude
- Medical device or pharmaceutical sales experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
- Familiarity with hospital operations, clinical engineering departments, or healthcare procurement processes preferred
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
- Ability to work in a full-time, on-site role based in Seattle with 75% travel
