About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the end-to-end customer onboarding process for a portfolio of customers
  • Ensure timely and seamless customer transitions
  • Proactively guide customers through challenges
  • Build and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders as a trusted advisor and point of contact
  • Monitor engagement, drive adoption, and surface issues early
  • Partner with Support to develop documentation and hands-on guidance for top-tier customers
  • Gather customer insights and feedback to shape product enhancements
  • Act as the customer’s voice within the team
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Support to deliver a smooth, high-quality customer experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5 years in Customer Success, Onboarding, Implementation, or a similar customer-facing role
  • Experience ideally in SaaS or healthcare technology
  • Track record of building lasting customer relationships and delivering outcomes
  • Complex problem-solving and critical-thinking ability
  • Ownership mindset and ability to work amid ambiguity
  • Curiosity about customers, the product, and the autism care space
  • Exceptional organizational and project-management skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and competing priorities
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively
  • Must answer whether employment visa sponsorship will be required now or in the future
