About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the founding product and content marketer
  • Translate Passage’s positioning into messaging across the customer lifecycle
  • Plan and execute product launches, including internal training, messaging, and public communications
  • Build feedback loops between Product, Sales, and Customer Success
  • Define and refine ideal customer profiles with Sales
  • Create and maintain pitch decks, one-pagers, demo narratives, objection-handling guides, and competitive battlecards
  • Partner with Operations on tools and workflows for Sales enablement resources
  • Create and maintain demo environments and materials
  • Develop, create, and distribute content across channels
  • Own the content calendar and develop thought leadership with company leaders and subject-matter experts
  • Measure content and campaign effectiveness and connect engagement to qualified pipeline and conversion
  • Partner with Customer Success to develop customer stories, validate results, secure approvals, and distribute customer proof
  • Create messaging and content supporting customer adoption and value realization
  • Identify customer needs and expansion intent and support upsell and expansion conversations
  • Contribute to shorter sales cycles, higher ACV, more qualified pipeline, stronger cross-functional partnership, and team connection

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS
  • Track record of crafting positioning and messaging that drives measurable business outcomes
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills
  • Ability to make complex products feel simple and compelling
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product and Sales to plan and execute go-to-market motions
  • Self-starter mindset comfortable operating with ambiguity in a fast-paced startup
  • People skills to develop deep, trusting cross-functional relationships
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to inform decisions and measure impact
  • Experience marketing to healthcare, clinical, or provider audiences is optional
  • Familiarity with vertical SaaS or platforms serving regulated industries is optional
  • Experience at an early-stage (Seed–Series B) startup is optional
  • Ability to work in a hybrid role with 3–4 days per week in the office
