  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners in the BaaS services sector

  • Serve as the primary operational day-to-day point of contact for partner inquiries, concerns, and service requests

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate, design, and implement new programs and services
  • Provide consultative, results-oriented support and guidance throughout implementation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
  • Typically, 3+ years with bachelor's or equivalent
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Rapport-building and communication skills with diverse partners and management
  • Customer service acumen and ability to advocate for the partner
  • Ability to understand partners and their position in the payments industry
  • Maturity to work within and contribute to an expanding organization
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple partners and objectives
  • Ability to enable fast solutions for partner ideas and concerns
  • Meet or exceed team and organizational goals as outlined by leadership
