About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze and investigate customer and transactional data and activity to identify and confirm suspicious activity
  • File SARs and CTRs with regulatory agencies for activity escalated by internal teams, external partners, third parties, and law enforcement
  • Maintain service levels and workload in accordance with policies, procedures, and compliance standards
  • Answer inbound and outbound calls to provide servicing for monitoring strategies and customer inquiries
  • Maintain Production, Quality, and Leadership standards for assigned workstreams
  • Perform other duties as assigned
