About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Align technology solutions with business strategies to improve business reporting capabilities
- Enhance technical analyses and forecasting accuracy
- Facilitate operational planning and refine processes to maximize business performance
- Use business and data-structure knowledge to identify problems solvable with data
- Participate in the development and maintenance of reports and models
- Maintain and refine historical and forward-looking business metrics and statistics
- Assist in creating and compiling daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting packages with results and variance analysis
- Identify and execute process improvement and standardization opportunities across business lines
- Drive standard definitions for key data elements and support data consistency, availability, and quality projects
- Support technology solutions that reduce manual processes, enhance controls, improve cycle times, and support consistency
- Generate ad hoc reports using custom queries against the data repository
- Work with internal and external partners to obtain supporting information and data
- Develop a consistent view of product performance and operational support functions
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
- Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of work experience, preferably in Payments or an adjacent industry
- Advanced expertise in data visualization
- Advanced expertise in data modeling
- End-to-end analytical solution design experience
- Strong business partnership and end-user adoption focus
- Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable analytical solutions
- Ability to establish visualization and analytical best practices
- Ability to promote responsible self-service analytics
