About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels into enterprise-level target accounts
- Use AI tools to research accounts, map buying committees, and personalize outreach at scale
- Personalize outreach based on account context, trigger events, and relevant use cases
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads against ICP and BANT/MEDDIC-style criteria
- Book and hand off qualified meetings to Account Executives
- Maintain accurate CRM records, including activities, notes, and next steps
- Partner with Account Executives and Marketing on account-based campaigns and target account lists
- Test and refine outreach messaging, sequences, and cadences
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline generation targets
- Build territory and target account lists and launch prospecting cadences during the first 30 days
- Execute consistent outbound volume and multi-threaded outreach by 60 days
- Reach monthly pipeline generation targets and establish a strong AE handoff process by 90 days
Requirements
What you’ll need- Prior experience as a BDR/SDR in B2B SaaS, with a track record of outbound prospecting into enterprise accounts
- Experience researching and engaging multiple stakeholders within a single target account
- Comfort with longer, more consultative sales cycles versus SMB/mid-market prospecting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools such as Sales Navigator, Outreach, and Salesloft
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot
- Resilient, coachable, and metrics-driven
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and rejection
- Strong organizational skills for managing a large territory of accounts and contacts
- Experience in US B2B SaaS healthcare technology (nice to have)
- Familiarity with ABM tools such as 6sense, CommonRoom, and ZoomInfo (nice to have)
- Experience with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, and Command of the Message (nice to have)
