About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist with data preprocessing, cleaning, and analysis to prepare datasets for model training
Support development and optimization of machine learning models, including hyperparameter fine-tuning and performance evaluation
Participate in deploying AI solutions and collaborate with senior engineers to integrate models into production systems
Document AI experiments, code, and project workflows for clear and reproducible processes
Research cutting-edge AI technologies and methodologies
Work extensively with Pattern’s AI team under mentorship
Collaborate directly and cross-functionally with AI and technology team members

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field
Foundational knowledge of machine learning concepts and algorithms
Proficiency in a programming language commonly used in AI, such as Python or Java
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a collaborative environment
Familiarity with at least one machine learning framework, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, is preferred
