About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Run detailed QA on Amazon A+ Content and Image Stack modules, cross-referencing Figma design files against content sheets, copy documents, Google Sheets, and PDFs
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with correct stakeholder approvals
  • Ensure all details needed for material creation are complete before production begins
  • Verify copy accuracy, including headlines, bullets, claims, and brand voice, across modules and product variants
  • Audit images against hero/reference product photos for AI-generation errors, color mismatches, cropping issues, and packaging inaccuracies
  • Check file naming conventions and SKU counts across shared-drive folders
  • Follow up through appropriate channels when mistakes or incomplete details are found
  • Log and prioritize QA findings with severity ratings and actionable feedback for designers and copywriters
  • Track task progression across pre- and post-production and keep CPMs and project owners updated
  • Maintain and apply brand-specific QA guidelines
  • Incorporate reviewer feedback to improve the QA process
  • Develop and continuously improve product/content inspection workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–3 years of interest and experience with QA within a creative or production team
  • Ability to consistently identify mistakes across thousands of inspections
  • Skilled in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Working familiarity with Figma
  • Skilled in Asana or similar project management software preferred
  • Strong AI-tool fluency and demonstrated quick-learner mindset
  • Ability to read, write, type, and communicate verbally effectively and professionally with business departments, guests, and vendors
  • Ability to diplomatically handle difficult situations while maintaining professionalism
  • Extremely organized and able to work under pressure and at volume without losing rigor
  • Sharp eye for visual detail, including color shifts, misalignment, cropping errors, and typography inconsistencies
  • Ability to view projects strategically, not just as a checklist
  • Deep understanding of ecommerce/marketplace trends and how design strategy affects conversion
  • Develops staff/personnel management skills as the team grows
  • Nice to have: experience QAing Amazon A+ Content, Image Stacks, or similar ecommerce listing creative
  • Nice to have: familiarity with reviewing AI-generated product imagery for accuracy
  • Nice to have: background in ecommerce, DTC, or marketplace brand management
