About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage inventory planning and control processes to maintain optimal stock levels and balance service, cost, and inventory investment
- Analyze demand patterns and forecast inputs to adjust supply plans and improve inventory availability and accuracy
- Develop and coordinate replenishment, production, and shipment plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align supply chain activities, resolve constraints, and support customer fulfillment
- Monitor supply chain performance metrics and recommend improvements
- Investigate inventory, shipping, and service discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
- Support vendor and supplier logistics programs
- Communicate inventory performance, risks, and operational insights to stakeholders
- Comply with company and department policies and standards; perform other duties as assigned
- Work in an environment involving frequent communication, learning new tasks, timely workflow decisions, independent task completion, sustained focus, and occasional hazards

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or equivalent education and/or experience
- 3 years in supply chain, logistics, inventory management, or a related field
- Must be able to work a hybrid schedule — 2–3 days a week onsite
- Experience with inventory planning, demand forecasting, or supply planning tools and systems
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and inform inventory and supply planning decisions
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability to resolve inventory, logistics, and service issues and implement effective solutions
- Effective planning and prioritization skills to manage multiple demands and meet operational deadlines
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, ERP systems, and supply chain tools
- High attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners
- Ability to effectively manage excess and obsolete inventory
- Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
