Key responsibilities & impact

Recruit, train, coach, and scale an emergency services team
Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous development
Manage and delegate the launch, execution, and profitable completion of emergency water mitigation, contents, and environmental projects
Partner with estimating, reconstruction, and administrative departments
Resolve complex situations involving carriers, property owners, vendors, and tradesmen
Communicate and negotiate with insurance carriers, local adjusters, desk adjusters, and program specialists
Maximize restoration technology platforms and use AI tools to streamline documentation, scheduling, and project tracking
Monitor job sites for safety compliance and quality control
Identify real-time training opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven success building, leading, and motivating a team in a fast-paced environment
Deep knowledge of the restoration industry
Hands-on experience managing mitigation, contents, and environmental cleaning projects
Exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
Proven track record of resolving conflicts under pressure
High comfort level navigating multiple software platforms simultaneously
Genuine excitement for using Artificial Intelligence to optimize workflows and improve accuracy
Proficiency in Xactimate and Symbility estimating software
Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Expert-level organization
Strong competency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Succinct, professional, and empathetic verbal and written communication
Background check with no felony convictions
Clean driving license
Ability to service Loudoun, Fairfax, Fauquier, Stafford, and Prince William counties in Virginia
